Job Description

We're hiring a full-time Triager/Dialer to join our growing sales team at ECS Agency. All leads come from our cold outbound system — you won't be cold calling from scratch. Your job is to handle inbound responses, run short 20–25 minute triage calls on Google Meet, and convert qualified prospects into booked appointments for our closer. Your calls will be with online coaches, consultants, and experts who've expressed interest in building a course business. Your role is to quickly qualify them, briefly explain what we do, and book them in for a second strategy call where the real conversation happens. What a typical day looks like: 6–10 triage calls per day via Google Meet UK hours: 10am–6pm GMT Maintaining an 80%+ show rate on booked calls Logging call outcomes and notes in our CRM OTE: $4,000–$7,000/month (Base + Commission 7%) This is a remote, full-time role. We help online coaches and subject matter experts build, launch, and sell their own digital courses — handling everything from curriculum design to video production and a 7-day challenge launch. We work with coaches who are ready to productise their expertise and scale their income online.

Requirements

Proven experience in phone setting, triaging, or appointment setting Comfortable handling 6–10 outbound-sourced calls per day Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and concise on the phone B2B sales experience preferred; must be eager to learn if not Available during UK business hours (10am–6pm GMT) Reliable internet connection and familiarity with Google Meet Self-motivated and able to maintain a high show rate (80%+) No hard closing required — but must be able to qualify prospects effectively and generate genuine interest in a follow-up call
